LEVEL TW0 : Take the matter to
the Head of Key Stage. If you are not happy with the result and feel that
the child may still have problems, then………

LEVEL ONE : Should your
concern be about a child who is not in your class, approach the subject
with the Class Tutor. If you are not happy with the response, or you feel
that more can be achieved in terms of putting the matter appropriately to
rest, then………….
